I appreciate that we are so active in “kicking the tires” on any and all trade possibilities but I’ll pass on these two.
Naylor doesn’t make much sense to me, but Thomas could be useful as a platoon bat if he comes cheap. He hits lefties well. You could easily play him against LHP instead of Fraley.
That said, I’d rather they hunt bigger game at the OF position
Naylor would be a huge get. Don’t know what it would take to get him.
