When is Lou Whitaker getting in?
can we pls stop the kids saying “first” 🤓
What about Dale Murphy, Lou Whitaker, Don Mattingly, Andruw Jones, just to name a few. 🤔
Typical of these bozos who elect players to the HOF to induct Richie Allen AFTER he passed away. I mean, if hes a Hall of Famer today, he was a Hall of Famer 20 yrs ago.
Where s Barry Bonds and Mark McGwire??????
It took way too long. I think he got the Curt Flood treatment all this time. Should have been admitted with long time ago.
Same thing goes for Bonds
Always knew him as Richie
He didn’t have the numbers to be in? I mean you can rattle off several players more deserving than him. I just don’t get it. He didn’t even have 2,000 career hits. Players like Al Oliver are so much more deserving. Cobra was well deserved but Allen was not good enough in my eyes.
I Have Been A Phillies Fan For 57 Years! … I'm Happy For Him! ⚾ Phillies ⚾
Great player. These writers that vote make it personal. Non professionals
It's about time. Voters finally fixed this mistake.
On that list Ken Boyer and Tommy John Luis tiant have better number why only nick allen and Dave Parker
Offensive Monster who lost critical time & # 's to injury. Too bad he's not here to enjoy it.
It's about damn time!
Nice 👍🏼 loved watching him during my teens a true slugger of the era – him &; Reggie Jackson had the same swag with sunglasses and sll – next we need Steve Garvey induced dude was clutch ASF in big games only Reggie Jackson out did him mid 70s to very early 1980s – plus he was the first write in all-star & MVP of the game – challenged Lou Gehrig's record – Mr Clean with Popeye forearms
Noticed at the start of the video when he comes into second on the first hit, that's Pete Rose getting the ball.
Great to hear.
Way overdue.
Me alegro por la elección de la cobra Dave Parker fue justo

About time the Great V. Scully would totally agree I remember him talking about Richie Allen and how great he is and was.
Anytime your slugging percentage, OPS plus and on base percentage are ahead of Mays and Aaron from 64-76, you deserve it! Today racism is defeated!
Writers were tough on Allen and I don’t believe they should have voting privileges regarding who gets in.
