Carlos Alcaraz is doing his best to give back to the tennis world after another fantastic season on the court.
Alcaraz wasn’t used to having so many injuries, but he managed to make it through those issues to win four titles.
And after ending his competitive season with a group stage ATP Finals exit, Alcaraz headed to the USA for two exhibition events.
The Spaniard firstly beat Ben Shelton at The Garden Cup in New York, before losing to Frances Tiafoe at the Charlotte Invitational.
Tiafoe was shocked by the Charlotte Invitational crowd, with 16,200 spectators having taken in the action.

And footage has now emerged of Alcaraz at the latter, with the four-time Grand Slam champion gifting a signed racket to a fan after the match.

The young fan had travelled far on their birthday to see the Spaniard in action, with Alcaraz now praised for his interaction in Charlotte.
What did Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner do in the off-season?
Alcaraz has already left the USA in order to get his pre-season training underway, with the Australian Open rapidly approaching.
But he certainly deserves the praise going his way for the efforts in Charlotte, with players not often showing their appreciation for those attending their matches.

Passionate fans are an issue all sportspeople must constantly deal with and move on, but such interactions are often once-in-a-lifetime moments for fans.
Alcaraz didn’t get much of a break after a busy 2024 season, but perhaps staying in shape and staying focused will be more beneficial in the long run.
He did, however, follow plenty of other tennis stars in taking in other sporting events in the off-season, with Alcaraz having attended the Charlotte Motor Speedway.
His rival Jannik Sinner has just attended the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, with the world number one joined by fellow ATP Tour ace Grigor Dimitrov.
