Chelsea’s attack is arguably the strongest area of their squad, showing that this season.
In 15 Premier League games, Enzo Maresca‘s side have scored 35 goals. No other team in the top flight has netted more times than them.
Out wide, they are particularly strong, with winger Jadon Sancho scoring in Chelsea‘s 4-3 win against Tottenham Hotspur last weekend. Jermain Defoe thought Sancho was “really sharp” during that game.
Even so, it looks like Chelsea could try to sign another wide man in the new year.

Southampton youngster Tyler Dibling is a player whom Chelsea are familiar with.
Dibling had a brief spell in Chelsea’s academy before returning to Southampton after struggling to settle at Cobham.
However, it now looks like Chelsea could try to bring Dibling back to the club. According to CaughtOffside, both the Blues and their Premier League rivals Manchester United are eying the 18-year-old.
Dibling, who has played on the right this season, has been impressing in a Southampton shirt. He scored his first Premier League goal against Ipswich Town in September and has also managed to register a couple of assists in the Carabao Cup.
Tyler Dibling compared to Cole Palmer
After the campaign Cole Palmer had last season and considering the form that he is currently in, Dibling has a long way to go before he reaches the Chelsea star’s level.
However, former Aston Villa player Dion Dublin can see similarities between the two, while Danny Murphy thinks he has been so instrumental for Southampton.
Speaking on Match of the Day, with BBC Sport relaying his words, Dublin said: “Do you know what it is? I don’t want to put any pressure on him, but he plays his game like Cole Palmer, doesn’t he? He plays free and easy, and he gets himself into good positions, rolls players and takes the ball well.”
Before Dublin’s analysis of Dibling, Murphy stated: “He is just enjoying himself and he is playing with a real belief in himself. He is just instrumental in this team.”
Dibling will see comparisons to Palmer as high praise. The attacking midfielder is one of the best players in the Premier League, if not the best.
Last time out, Palmer gave Destiny Udogie a torrid time as he went on to help Chelsea win their London derby against Tottenham.
