Sam Darnold is on FIRE! Why Kay Adams Says the Vikings Are the Biggest NFC Sleeper

I also want to take a second to talk about the Vikings after their huge win over the Falcons since I didn’t get the chance yesterday

A career-high 347, 5 touchdowns…and after a little midseason hiccup that had people saying, “oh he’s coming back to earth…teams have figured him out”…Sam has been on a tear.

Over the last month, Sam is top 5 in passing yards, leads the league with 11 touchdowns with NO interceptions…and has the highest passer rating over that span as well. He has a 13-game sample size now. He’s 11-2. Yes, he’s in a perfect situation with KOC and these receivers…but he has been unbelievable and you can’t use that to take away from him. If I’m the Vikings…I’ve seen what I need to see and I think it would be a mistake to let this guy out the door after this year.

But before we get there…this team is still just a game back of Detroit for the #1 seed…and getting the 4th best odds to win the NFC at +850 over on FanDuel Sportsbook. They are still behind the Packers which I’m sure Vikings fans won’t love…but people need to take this team seriously as a threat. It’s not just the Lions and Eagles. Put some respect on this team and what Kevin O’Connell has been able to do in Minnesota.

  4. Vikings will win the game in Detroit. Lions are due for a let down as are the Eagles and Chiefs. Minnesota will be the No 1 seed in the playoffs…

  5. Imagine if Sam does a team friendly 10M a year contract (cause that isn't enough to live on) and signes next year. Improve the D? SP bound and the Lions vs Vikings would be epic games 3 times.

  6. I don't care who the announcer is, but relax on the make up. In HD it's not as good look. Be who you are and embrace it. Otherwise looks like some robot talking. And yes, Ms. Adams is gorgeous and doesn't need the paint.

    SKOL Vikings!! Vikings Rarely EVER get the Respect they deserve. So be it. Pertaining to the vikings – Most of the sports media, in All honesty – Know not of which they speak! They are ALWAYS running their mouth but in Many cases don't say much. BECAUSE, in Most cases they Fail to Utilize the True Facts, thus their Opinions are Wrong!

The Vikings aren't sleepers they are super bowl contenders they are one of the best team's in the NFC and in the NFL and they want the respect they deserve from the media this team has been overlooked all season and they are sick of the disrespect😤, but I will say this Kay has been one of the few that has believed in this team before the season started and I say thank you Kay for believing in this team, all the love and respect for you Kay 💜💛

  20. So much HYPE…same crap every year. The Vikings need to win out, go into Detroit and win, which won’t be easy. Atlanta was very beatable. Just quit with the obnoxious HYPE!
