In 92-93 and 93-94 seasons, after the first lockout, the NHL players agreed to play 84 games. The 2 extra games were played at neutral sites in cities the NHL hoped to expand to. The Flyers played 3 games in Ohio and 1 in Minnesota.

  1. The 84 game schedule and neutral sites ended after the big lockout.

    Does anyone remember this?

  2. Love seeing Big E’s stats per game. I got into hockey pretty much after he retired, but he’s the reason why I love the sport and this team. I wish I could have seen him play.

  3. These were some of the best teams the Flyers ever had. God the star power was insane. With some better goaltending there was a cup in there somewhere. Sad to see Dmitry Yushkevich’s name in there. He may have grown to be something special.

  4. Funny to see so many of the players on the other teams that were former flyers or soon to be flyers

  5. And Lindros had 10 points in those games lol

Prime Lindros was the best hockey player I have ever seen play
