So, Seth, if they sent Jiricek to Iowa with instructions as to what to work on and to get some games in the AHL, then aren't there issues? Particularly when Jiricek himself, according to multiple reports, feels he should be playing in the NHL.
Rossi has won this team games. Would be completely foolish to trade him right now. Excellent statement on the whole situation, Seth.

Yeah except nelson and palmieri are going to be targets of the whole league….
If the ask is truly a 1st & 3rd I'd make the trade for Nelson…BUT…it does worry me that a move like that would possibly impact YUROV's decison to sign his ELC. Let's look at the big picture here. Sure, Yurov hasnt played in the NHL yet BUT Guerin's ability to sign Yurov has implications on re-signing Kirill, which is what's most import. Kirill wants to play with Yurov. He literally texted Yurov, after his KHL championship, "Congrats, I'm waiting for you"……That speaks volumes to me. Anyway, a moot point for now.
