  11. First thing to do is be in the position to draft either one. You are in the driver's seat at that point as you can field offers. I have said this many times, New York is not for everyone. First of all you have a much higher tax rate in this area which works out to a lot of money on those contracts as opposed to a zero tax rate in Nevada or Florida. This is a great area to be if you win but equally just as bad if you are losing. Being the QB of the Giants you basically will get blamed for everything. This is a tough market and you usually need a QB that has thick skin. Would I draft him, absolutely as you don't go anywhere in life without taking some risks.
