  9. Not putting Darnold number 1 is a slap in the face. Judd has a man crush on JJ so I get it. Darnold should be 1 period not saying you cannot replace him but he has single handedly made this season worth watching with his searching down field big play ability. That throw to JJ Falcons while evading pressure puts him as number 1.

  15. Some credit should be given to chief Darnold doubter for including SD. I know it’s a hard pill to swallow but I expect Judd to stay on the field and swallow his pride as opposed to niner’s Campbell. I think we should all send him Darnold’s playing card and make him wallpaper his football room for a year if Vikes go to SB. His nice friend ah! Thor too.

If you look at the 4th and 5th QB's taken in each draft over the past 24 plus years, I think you will find only three (Hurts, Love and Jackson) that proved to be in the top 50% of QB's and could be considered Super bowl quality QB's. J.J. McCarthy was the 5th QB taken this year and would have to be quite the exception if he's going to be a long term franchise solution. Darnold is proving out to be a top 6 QB this year. If they let him go and roll the dice with J.J. It may work out but history is not on that side of the ball. Only 3 out of 48 or 6.25% have been successful. The money savings with J.J. is huge but it's rare to hear about how Super Bowl Champions saved big bucks on the QB position. Just food for thought. Love the Purple Daily

  28. Can we just stop with the weight put on PFF grades? The media has become a little lazy and react like they’re Gospel. Some of their grades are down right laughable. They have guys who have no official scouting experience. Just dudes who started giving their opinions on sites they started before moving over to PFF.
