Keep A.P….keep away from the patriot way…they beat us because of a bad call…STICK with A.P….the players like him and he's a champion and played for a team that owned the patriots in the SB…give him time…this was technically his first year…and didn't have anything to work with…make Ben Johnson our new OC…that's if he wants to do it
I don't know. It's such a disaster right now. They probably should give coach Pierce another season just to stop the revolving door they've had on the head coach position. It's a mess anyway. I may not even care at this point. But you made good points in your video.
AP game management scares me to death, even his players complained about how he is poorly organized with his practices. Do we have time to wait for him to straighten this out?

Look, raiders are already still paying gruden and McDaniels. If they fire AP that’ll be three hcs to pay for them not to coach the raiders. Put fantasy aside and think straight. Ap was hired with that in mind. Any big name hc would’ve cost a lot. Another thing is if you fire ap that would be 3 head coaches in 3 years. That spells dysfunctional. That isn’t attractive to possible head coaches. Why would they go with a team who hire and fire coaches too fast. That means that owner is too reactive. Doesn’t think things through AND most importantly doesn’t allow coaches to settle in. Say what you want but what they neeed to do is allow ap to work. Allow him to play this out and see how he handles. Don’t get me wrong I want Ben Johnson or a new offensive mind head coach but ap was their move and you have to let him work. Period

I wud love Ben Johnson but I wud also love Chucky back. Vrabel is also a great HC so I wud b pleased with any of them. Let's just get this thing turned around. Rn4l.

AP was put in a position to Fail,Raider Nation must look at what AP Had,AP never had a QB, And that a Prob,Sanders is a Prob/Johnson is a better Fit/Vrbal is to connected with Brady,we need an impartial Coaching Staff not people that’s connected

#1 need? Consistency. Stay with A.P. focus on game/clock mgmt. and personnel.

AP is a terrible head coach, and his game management is atrocious. Get Ben Johnson or Mike Vrabel because AP isn't it. Hiring Getsy and naming Minshew, the starting QB was his downfall.

Pierce deserves another year but if Mark decides then I'm good with Vrabel.
If we could keep AP and get detroits offensive coordinator that would be the ideal situation . If not then give Johnson the HC job if not then vrabel
