  1. despite our struggles this year i must say, once miller can get back to it, and demko gets back to it we can be a great team. We must solve our home record though, also our defense could use lots of work

  2. Lankinen is playing great also hopefully demko can start playing well and having Miller back is great also I think we should make some trades and then I think we can win the cup

  3. If their going to play with 4, now 3 defense….make changes.

Losing Hronek sucks. But move out Desharnais, Friedman. Bring in someone else, bring up D-petey, Woo, Wolanin. They won't be any worse than our 5-8 now, see what they are/what we have.

  4. Doesn't seem at all likely they trade Miller this season. Likely a personal Issue with him maybe anger or emotional problems. At the end of the day though that's his business. Not the first time he's been volatile around other players

  5. Vancouver cansuck the worst roster too be wearing the Canucks jersey. They suck and make it hard to stay a canuck fan of these players. The only good canucks are the newly signed canucks. The rest are garbage

  6. They aren’t going to trade Miller, their president of hockey operations literally came out saying they aren’t, you’re just sharing a bunch of rumours, horrible take

  7. JT's had issues with Horvat/Boudreau in the past as well. In my view, while JT can be a very passionate/fiery player on the roster, he's too volatile when the team is struggling(culminating in picking fights/projecting his frustrations onto whomever he feels doesn't mesh with his desires).

While I think with Hughes as captain, there's a chance he's got enough respect for him to slightly keep it in check, I get the impression JT needs someone to either outrank/class him so overwhelmingly that he can't even start lashing out to fully keep him in line… I really hope that his personal break let him address those tendencies and turn them into something more productive, as I feel he's got so much to contribute. But for the health of team chemistry/roster construction, unless you fully build your personnel around JT's MO, this could be something that will continue to crop up.

  8. There is a lot of Copium, if someone thought VAN is a contender after all.
Up to now, you got one of the easiest starting calender of the season. Against teams who will participate in Playoffs this year you record is 4-7, and even against clear bottom teams there are some strugels which you can overcome in OT and got there a 7-1 results. But overall against all teams which are .500+ this is a negative result. This is not a 'contender performance by far'.
While you only played 11 of 29 games vs the better teams other are 16+ games vs Playoff participants and get there shit together.

And even against this teams there are not able to get the consistency which is needed to be a contending Team.

Up to know just a playoff participant but not an elite team.
