[Feinsand] I’ve seen a lot of folks criticizing the Dodgers for auctioning the ball Judge dropped in the World Series. For the record, this was an item in MLB’s “Year in Review” auction run by the league that appeared on the team site. Pretty sure L.A. benefited enough from the play itself.

  1. “A lot of folks” meaning 2-3 media blowhards with some level of notoriety and a bunch of Twitter accounts with SNs like “NYFDCaptainJeter98”?

  2. “A lot of folks” …

    Sour grapes from Yankees’ nation.

The same gang of fans, amongst whom, one tried to rip Mookie Betts’ arm off while he was trying to make a play.

  3. Frankly let’s embrace the villian role. Fuck these haters let’s shit on em wit a back to back.

  4. Let the Yankees and their fans be bitter about everything. Auctioning the ball, losing Soto, paying way more for Fried than the guy they wanted, Snell…

Their bitterness and lashing out is half the fun of whippin’ them in the Series. If they weren’t having hissy fits then I’d be upset.

  5. If the two Yankee fans along the right field foul line would have been successful in mutalating Mookie’s arm, would they have auctioned that? Of course they would! It’s freaking New York. Sour grapes!!

  6. Consider the source and move on. F#ck the Yankees, their boring announcers, and their butthurt fans.

  7. If the Yankees didn’t want it auctioned off they should have simply caught the ball…. Are they stupid?

  8. Maybe if the Dodgers made a donation to the Yankees PFP skills fund raiser they wouldn’t be so upset.

Anyone catch Alana Rizzo flaming the Yankees defense in that epic 5th inning?

Seriously, their fans should be more upset over that than anything the dodgers did, for charity, with a ball.
