  1. 100% fire Grier now. Get a jump on hiring a new GM. Let Mike coach the last few games in front of the new GM as a job interview. Agree with you 100%. I've just been saying it for a lot longer.

    And Tua sliding headfirst? He's a selfish player. Not worth 12th salary at all. His injuries and wiling under pressure make him a liability. He needs a salary reduction.

  2. Doug, Tua doesn't need overpaid recievers. He simply needs an A and b gap runner and the Oline to get it done. Watching our offensive line year after year is a bit regurgitating. Tbese giys couldn't piss down wind if you pointed out the direction, and we're all expecting them to block NFL caliber Dlineman. Smh. Just an atrocity, my guy. Grier is the issue. It's time for Ross to fire Grier and bring in a football operations guy. Ross clearly doesn't mind opening up his checkbook for the team. He needs A football guy who can bring in a GM that can build around Tua correctly. McDaniels is a runninbacks game coordinator, and he can't get a run game going because of the lack of nfl caliber offensive Lineman. Tua is better than burrow and Hubert. Look at burrow now and there teams record. Do we all think Burrow and Hubert are the problem? Give Mike a OLine first then let's talk about tua. Asking your QB to play flawless football means your roster isn't good enough. I'm on the fire Grier train but that is it is it. I'm gonna ride and die with Tua. I watched Dan Marnio play his entire career. This kid we got had the goods. Just needs a supporting cast. Ask Burrow.

  5. From what I am hearing Ross is going to bring everyone back, GM, coach etc…I have no idea why…. Kinda explains why they have been mediocre at best since he has owned team.

  6. Herbert on this team would look like Josh Allen in our offense with the insane weapons Tua has. Herbert gives you the mobility to extend plays and Herbert has a cannon for an arm.
    Grier has to go for drafting Tua

    Miami either has to drop Wide Receiver money on the oline or go get you a mobile QB with minimal durability issues…

  9. How would our draft order be if we just lose out versus winning out? Nothing to play for so f it. Don't agree about McDaniel, he doesn't have right tools on the line to be successful.

I’m sorry Doug we have been on this roller coaster for a while now we should have been the #1 seed last year but they fell apart and that was their only chance for maybe another 5 years but they need to win in the trenches I know you know this that’s what travels in the post season but since they have the weapons on the outside with speed so they go away from the run they they fall apart like hot butter it’s so disappointing so we will see what happens.

  13. My observation with G is how he brings problematic players and coaches. Players come in with injury history, old or off the field issues. Coaches are green. New and inexperienced. I think G deflects blame on these issues to survive. Ross has to see this so we can move on.

  16. You do not get to wash your hands of your picks just because the Head Coach wanted them. The GM still has an obligation to chose talented players. This part of his biggest problem, he seems to think if he provides players the coaches want it relieves him of responsibility, which is stupid. Remove the man, he is incompetent.

  18. Tua is ONLY good against sh!tty teams. He pads his stats and plays solid. Against above average teams he is garbage. We need a new QB and anyone that thinks otherwise is part of the problem that goes for you too Doug.

    The only thing we are waiting for now is to find out whether Ross cares enough to make the needed changes. Grier should have been gone yesterday. The search for the next GM should already be in progress.

  22. Rams, Lions and 1 other team didn't have winning records when we beat them so the total is 3, not 6 wins against winners. The Lions were 1-6 when we beat them

  26. Why are you guys turning against the Dolphins ? What’s Wrong With You Guys? How can we win when Tua was banned from playing 2X by the NFL, because of injuries. What’s the point of cutting Odell and Skylar Thompson now ? When we’re at the end. We were in that Houston game. The turnovers killed us and we got in the hole to start the season. The Season is not over, Don’t Give Up !

  35. You're spot on, D. Grier needs to go now, so the new gm can get his ducks in a row in time to hire Vrabel. He's the only readily available solution. McDaniel is not an NFL hc. Rip the band aid off, Ross. Pleeease!! I'm so sick and tired of being a fan of the league's laughing stalk without even hope to cling to.

  39. Here is my PROBLEM with your take. McDaniel probably expressed his opinion on personnel but Grier made the decisions on whom to bring and the construct of the team. And that is why I would hate to see McDaniel go. Tua is a very good QB with a TERRIBLE O-line, imagine if the O-line was better, like you stated – top 15. That extra time would allow for plays to develop and Tua doesn't have to get rid of the ball so fast and for short gains. The phins would also be able to run the ball. How many times has the O-line missed a block that would have resulted in a longer gain, like 7-8 yards. Tua would be elite if he had an O-LINE. I have been here SCREAMING by your side about the freaking O-LINE.
    Furthermore, are we missing FANGIO yet? Was he right on Cam Smith? Was he right on our Defense?…

  40. yup, fire Grier for sure. He has no idea how to build or spend. Mike I really don't like either. We need a leader of men…not a beta kid with the keys to his parents summer home.
