  1. The Heat need to make changes top to bottom (executives, coaches and players). They have been a mediocre team for 6 years now (even the years the went to finals, they were not dominant in the regular season).

  2. If the Heat had a true 5 maybe they would be a complete team. Small ball and overpaying players is the root to all of the Heat's problems. Extending players more than a year before their contracts are up is not helping either.

  3. The Heat should stop extending players more than a year before their contracts are up. The Heat would have saved at least 10 mil a year on Bam, Duncan, and at the time Herro if they would have let their contracts expire naturally and let them get offers from other teams.

  4. Dude why did he settle for the 3. We are down by one. With 11sec. And you settle for a step back 3. It is not losing its how you lose. We now believe a midi, is less than a lay up.

  5. Why is Alec Burks not playing he can make 3s. Jimmy got fouled at the end by Cade why they didn’t call it. Jimmy playing good. Leave jimmy alone trade somebody else. Why didn’t they go for 2 instead of 3 only dwn 1. They get fouled tooo much giving them extra points
