  14. No job in the NFL is safe periodT. Some are safer than the others. But no coach is going to tell you at a press conference that they lack confidence going into next year, especially coach Pierce because he still has a team fighting hard and we can’t place the blame just on him

  18. “Under contract” meaning he gets paid either way. AP, Gruden, and JMD could start a hedge fund with all the money the Raiders are paying.

  19. I won’t be “mad” if AP gets another shot. It’s only worth it in my opinion to give him a healthy roster and a QB. That said, if we pass on Aaron Glenn or Ben Johnson because we are trying to keep AP. I’ll be big mad.

  20. Last night was the most defeated I’ve ever seen him since he got the job last year. He just didn’t have nearly the same body language as just a few weeks ago.

  22. I’m still leaning towards keeping him another season. Unless there’s another coach that’s a sure shot. I would rather have a bad coach that gets fired next off season then an average coach that sticks around for 5 or more years. Just tired of the carousel man… Fucking sucks..
