Fox 13 just reported that Latvala has announced he will change his vote after meeting with MLB Commissioner. If everyone else votes the same way then the bonds should pass 4-3.

  2. Dude just saved his future in the city. If he didn’t change his vote he would have been vilified forever. Knew this was going to happen the moment that the Rays responded to the City and told them to stop f’ing around.

  4. Sounds like the county is going to go the same route as the city.

    Approve the bonds and hold the Rays to their commitment. If the Rays can’t come up with their part in the next 100 days, the deal is off and they don’t get to redevelop the majority of the land.
