Instead of rewarding said coach for successfully Team Tanking, they give the job to a non minority coach who starts off fresh with a new qb. Gives the impression that the minority coach didn’t know what he was doing when all he ever needed was a franchise qb. 18. Just because you have the number one pick doesn’t mean our team is going to get better. Years and years we listen to people like this show and they say we need to move on from this coach. Or we need a QB. What we need is stability and one person in charge and the decision making. We should have started AOC at the beginning of the season but instead we listened to people again and because they went out and paid all this money to a career journey man QB they started him instead of sticking to what got us to being a decent team a year ago. That’s what AP’a downfall started. He should have stuck with what got him the job in the first place and that was believing in his rookie QB last year and allowing him to get better but because he listened to what influencers wanted he went with Minshew. All the good teams have stability and stick to their guns and aren’t picking in the top ten because when everyone is crying about we need to do this and we need a franchise QB. They don’t listen and stick what they believe because at the end of the day they are the ones who are going to the playoffs and not waiting for May to roll around hoping to pick fa franchise QB. Teams that have been at the top stuck with there coaches even when they were struggling are in the Playoffs now. Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Detroit, LA, KC, Buffalo. The list goes on and on. Stability is what we need. If we had some DA would still be a Raider. Anwe would be talking about the Playoffs in stead of hoping our team loses for a #1 pick.
