1. I'm not sure McLaughlin can be counted on. It's time to see what we have in Badie and Watson. We can live without PSII for a game. A lot of the woes, as in most of it, is just lack of talent in the RB room. 100% agreed about Wattenberg, Gage. It wouldn't shock me to see Sean Payton replace him in the upcoming draft. We know he loves to lock up that OL.

   The ground game is worrisome. No matter what happens, this season is a success, but we can actually make noise if we can get this run game working and our DB's can stay healthy.

2. Payton doesn't establish the run game because he doesn't trust them, like at all. I'm not sure I can blame him. He sees it in practice. He knows how impotent it is.

3. If McLaughlin is out, they're going to have to turn to Blake Watson. Is Badie still hurt or something? I thought he was eligible to come back but could be wrong.

7. While the RB's could definitely be better, the real problem with our run game is interior run blocking. Here are the o-line's run individual blocking grades according to PFF:

   Bolles – 70.7
   Powers – 57.1
   Wattenberg – 53.4
   Meinerz – 81.7
   McGlinchey – 71.5

   We should definitely be looking to upgrade from Powers and Wattenberg in the offseason.

9. Honestly we're really focusing on playoffs right now but going into the off-season we definitely need a running back

10. Yeah, the defense can't keep bailing the offense out. The 2015 Broncos defense was a rare thing (rarest?). If we can't confidently run the ball on 3rd and ONE, a deep playoff run is unlikely. You can't expect a rookie QB and other young receivers to constantly make up for a trash run game. You get one dimensional and that eventually doesn't work. In fact, if the Chargers shut down the run, we are not going to have 5 turnovers to turn the game around and a guy drop the ball. Not how you want to win games.

17. I’m no expert, but it seems like the Broncos have offensive linemen with skill. It seems the issue is blocking scheme. Back in the Shanahan days, there was a proven blocking scheme that worked.

19. I don't think Estime even got a carry until well into the 3rd quarter……3rd and 2 from mid field and they threw long instead of just running the ball for the 1st down……

22. This could be the shot for Estime to get going. I love Jaleel but i really think Estime can be a boost for the run game. He has burst and power the other backs lack. His carries were late in clock killing time thats why the low YPC. Estime gets yards when he gets touches.

23. Start estime cause javonte has been garbage hes not fast enough or strong enough to hit the hole.

24. Denver's run game sucks, need to get Real RB in off-season. PS2 and Moss are biggest issue.

29. Gotta add some context to your stats on Estime. Most of his carries came when they knew we were running to run out the clock. Don’t dog on him that’s a bit unfair.

30. Surtan injury is way bigger than any of our running backs getting injured.

34. Javonte Williams takes to long to spool up and pass through the hole. Badie deserves a second shot. Estime will have great production after carry 5. Our RB by commitee hurts us cuz nobody is able to get hot.
