Grant DuBose has been placed on IR, ending his season, after the scary hit to the head in NFL Week 15 against the Houston Texans. In a corresponding move, the Dolphins signed LS Jake McQuaide to the Dolphins 53-man roster. Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel announced that LS Blake Ferguson won’t return this season. Better to fire Grier and McDaniel sooner (yesterday) rather than later. I don't care if one of the cheerleaders is the interim HC because the next 3 games don't matter. The only thing that matters is that the NFL world knows right now that those jobs are available.

I’d sit Tua for the last games. He doesn’t need to be killed cause Curly and Moe r his guards. Could take a year to recover from arm or knee surgery
Let’s find out who’s picking the OL the past 10 years. Fire him! The one who scouted him? Fired. The Grier who picked him? Fired. There. Fixed the dolphins.
It makes ZERO sense for Chubb to see the field this season. I f he plays and suffers an injury the Dolphins are on the hook for big injury guarantee money. It doesnt make sense either for Chubb knowing he is risking another contract when he is cut by the team in June.
