6. AP is a fraud; the reasons for it:

   AP hired Luke Getsy.
   AP started Gardner Minshew.
   AP ruined the relationship between Davante Adams and the Raiders.
   AP gave fans hope in 2023 with his aggressive mentality that appeared to influence the offense with Aiden O'Connell, but he clearly changed in 2024. He doesn't know offense, yet he hinders the offense by wanting to "RUN" the ball when the roster isn't constructed to do so. Before the start of the season, the team was primed to be a pass-aggressive team. The team invested A LOT of resources in the passing department leading up to 2024. They had Davante, Brock Bowers, Jakobi, Michael Mayer, and Tucker. But AP would rather run the ball with Zamir and Mattison behind a weak O-line. That's just TERRIBLE coaching.

   They could have had a better season. However, AP's leadership resulted in the team being where it is today 2-12, playing for the "first seed/pick"

Dan Campbell doesn’t call plays in D town and we knew AP was green , but he’s a leader of men and we saw how well mcdouchebag an offensive genius did as a leader of men and a crap offensive system , lost the team and with that the locker room. Need stability at the coaching AP had garbage Minshew as his starter and a horrible offensive coordinator to start

8. There’s a lot of blame to go around and a lot of rationalizing and normalizing of certain things. I do know one thing luck favors the bold if it don’t work it don’t work.

12. The blame for the entire season falls on Telesco. Telesco didn't want to trade up to get a QB, he signed Minshew, he signed Getsy. Champ Kelly and AP had the deal secured with Kingsbury; Telesco came in after the fact and dismissed the deal.

13. Do you really want players to win and drop to 7th pick in the draft? That would be asinine! The players need to see the bigger picture and realize these losses are ultimately wins for the raiders. We have a chance to get a franchise Qb and CHANGE THE FUTURE OF THE RAIDERS

    The FANS can’t stomach nor afford another 20 + years of crappy mediocrity or worse

14. I think we should only move on from pierce only for ben johnson and thats it. Let telesco get a oc if not.

15. We can't keep jumping coach to coach. We need consistency at all levels, so I think we should stick with AP for another year.

16. The raiders should have hired sean payton or jim harbaugh and we would probably be in the playoffs this year.

18. It sucks, but AP should be fired. He's made some egregious game/clock management errors this year. Not starting AOC from the get go. The social media stuff and Devante Adams drama. I think its better we move on. Although it's not likely, hope we can retain Pat Graham.
