  6. I agree with a lot of what you're saying hondo, but stability with the wrong people doesn't do any good. I love a p, I love that he's been a raider all his life and that he's from compton and everything else. But can you as a football expert with a straight face Tell me you think he's good Enough to compete with three first ballot hall of fame coaches in his division twice a year? Can you tell me you think he's as good at coaching football as Mike vrable who went to the playoffs 5 times & went to the AFC championship twice and had a lead on Patrick mahomes in the second half. Can you honestly tell me you think he's as good at it as him? Because I would tell you, you're out of your mind if you think that. so yes, stability's good. I live in the Bay area. Have never been a niner fan, not for 1 day of my life. But when the niners hired Lynch and Shanahan, they gave them both 6 year contracts and basically said to the players We're not firing coaches or general managers anymore, we're firing you if you don't get the job done, it's worked pretty well, so you're right. You gotta find the right guys. I trust Brady, to do that. My vote would be Mike vrabel as head coach. And here's a guy nobody's talking about. For off coordinator . everybody loves Ben Johnson, you know, who's been his quarterback coach for the last 3 years? Mark Brunell, I would love to see mark Brunell come be the offensive coordinator and quarterback whisperer to this young quarterback, whoever it is, that's my plan, but what do I know? I've only been a coach for 28 years And a radar fan for fifty five years.L o l have a great christmas, bud.

  7. Just take a breath Hondo. I don’t really care who you think is a “good” person (seemingly everyone). I think you are out of line talking about people staining their family names and shit like that. Just report on the team.

    Plenty of football players and coaches are assholes. Trying to keep track of which are “good” or “bad” is a fool’s errand unless you want to give up your fandom when a member of the organization turns out to be a POS.

  10. A P did a great job this year. He tanked the season trading away Devante Adams and not signing Josh Jacobs. He tanked when he decided to start Minshew over MCConnel. He tanked hiring the worst offensive coordinator in the league. He tanked making horrible play calls throughout the entire season. We have Maxx Crosby and Devante Adams picking head coaches so they can smoke cigars in the locker room and have soul train party boy dance offs at practice. A P isn't running the team, Maxx and Devante ran the team. It's time to tear it down and start over. The only good thing to come out of 2024 is we get the first or second round pick in the 2025 nfl draft.

  12. Wow, what in the world has AP shown you to make you think he can grow into a Super Bowl caliber coach? The guy looks completely lost and in way over his head, he has to go immediately.

We have sucked but been in every game and I stay behind AP I’m fine I like him we were destroyed by injury and I believe the fight we have seen and the characters we have gained with the correct OC some development with time and the right draft picks we are easily good. I’m also smart enough to know the Vrabel is a better coach right now!! But seriously if we didn’t have Getsy or injury so badly we wouldn’t of look bad and ppl would be pumped for next year and love AP next year pray no injuries and another good draft we will look amazing

  15. Need to keep AP and let him get his rookie season behind him… And searching for a franchise QB is fools gold… Best way to do it is to draft the best available player… Fill needs in the draft and upgrade coaching position over time

  21. Uncle Hondo, who is to say that Mark Davis is trusting the "right" person this time in Tom Brady?! He may be a proven winner on the field, but he has never been a coach, GM, OC, etc. He just barely became an owner and has no proven track record so far in that realm.

  22. I'll start off with this first. I've been a fan of this organization since 1973. This organization has not won a championship in the last 40 years. The one constant in this sad affair has been ownership of the Raiders. The Davis family has mismanaged this team for that entire 4-decade span. You speak of stability. Let's talk about that. The Pittsburgh Steelers have had 3 head coaches since I've been a fan of the Raiders Noll, Cowher and Tomlin. The Raiders on the other hand have had a total of 18 head coaches since their last championship. Spare the Raider fans your platitude's. This stability you speak of, lies directly at the feet of the Davis family. Period end of discussion. The only way the Raider organization comes in from the wilderness is if Davis sells the team to a new owner or ownership group.

  23. The Raiders are what their record says they are…a bad NFL team. Accountability will lead to stability. AP must be held accountable along with the entire staff. Are you advocating stability with the same leadership that brought all of 2 victories this season? The NFL is not "fair". You win or you get fired. No need for personal feelings…AP will get his $7 million if he coaches the Raiders next year or not. Sorry, but your argument here is delusional….not unlike your prediction of 8 or 9 wins this year.
