  1. Idk I think they’re lookin good but I guess we made a trade last year and it didn’t hurt. I guess with the financial restrictions Boston finds itself in they have to be very certain on who they trade for

  2. Yes the celtics have real options. lots of them. just need to look hard enough and now expect too much. Yeah, we should absolutely trade springer. no sense in keeping a guy who's the 15th man in the rotation that's the 8th highest paid player. We can get a better player and cut down on taxes by trading him (along with picks which we dont need as much anyway since we just locked in most of the roster that's not too old).

Wing is definitely the need as the guard position doesnt really need to be filled up as the Js act as ball handlers and we have 5 bigs (4 deserving of mins). I'll share my own cheap list for wings:

    cheap list V1:

    rules:

    1. player must be from a non-top 7 team.

    2. player's contract must be less than 4M.

    3. must be a wing, minimum 6'6", who shoots 35+% from 3 and averages 2+ rpg.

    4. receiving team must still need picks (this rules out the spurs).

    5. player must not be averaging more than 30 mpg.

top 10 cheap wing targets in no particular order:

    jonathan mogbo (tor)

    torrey craig (chi)

    ben sheppard (ind)

    noah clowney (nets)

    jalen wilson (nets)

    keon ellis (sac)

    brice sensabaugh (uta)

    johnny juzang (uta)

    amir coffey (lac)

    toumani camara (por)

torrey craig is the most realistic here due to his age/not being on the timeline of the bulls.
