He's a terrible coach. Clearly don't have the players to run a 3-4 scheme. It's so dated. No wonder the rush defense is pathetic.

Saleh the Panthers please. But any who, you can tell the Panthers screen the questions asked to Evero on pressers. Not one question is being asked about how bad the defense has been versus Canales questions about his offense. Their trying to protect Evero in hopes he gets a HC gig. In turn Panthers get a 3rd rd comp pick for it. But it ain't happening lol. He'll be gone after the season but good luck to him.
On defense we don't have the personnel to run a 4-3 either
