What would it cost?

  1. I’d assume one of Coker and XL and a round 1 or 2 pick.

Edit: I would hate to send anyone to the Jets but it would be absolute cinema to have a camera crew follow XL around for his first trip to NYC

  2. I would hate to have to give up one of our guys and/or a first but Wilson would fit so perfectly on our offense. He’s the exact type of receiver Bryce needs. Literally the perfect match

  3. People who think we’re getting Wilson for a first or less are delusional. The AJ brown trade has been one of the worst trades for the titans. Why then would the jets basically combo that formula as a brand new regime with their most valuable asset not names sauce.

To get Wilson you’re probably looking at a first and second minimum. And even then most GMs who are smart would not pull that trigger knowing how hard it is to replace Wilson. It’s not as if the jets have any good receivers behind him next year.

  4. No no no no. I do not want anymore projects from other teams that aren’t top 10 at their positions.

Wilson is not that guy and I’m not willing to pay an arm and a leg to see if he gets better.

Since he’s on his contract year it shouldn’t cost that much, tbh.

  6. I’m hesitant about this… Teams at our level historically don’t get better by making splashy trades. Lately rebuilding success has come more from stockpiling draft capital and developing young talent that comes in from there. We all want to be the Lions- they’re a great example of this.

Then again, I’m completely traumatized from Rhule-era team management so who knows. It’s been a minute since we’ve had a halfway competent front office.

  7. Panther fans: I’m so glad we got rid of a cancerous WR that was impacting the development of our young QB.

Also Panther fans: Oh Look ANOTHER cancerous WR to hurt the development of our young QB. What should we give up for him???

  8. I’m not giving up a first they can have a second and a player, but that’s about his comfortable as I get

  9. XL and a second would be tempting, then you still draft McMillan in the first and you’re stacked.

  10. Only if we can get him for less than a second. He’s going to want a big payday. Price goes up if the Jets take his option, but I’m not giving up a first for him.

  11. Pops went to Davidson too. Would be cool.

GW is fetching a 1st rounder and with the Panthers in a patient rebuild I don’t see y’all snatching him

  12. Time to tank the season and hope the Raiders, Giants, Jags can pick up wins. That puts the team into a top 2 draft position. Then the Panthers basically do the same trade with the Jets that they and the Bears made to get Bryce. Jets trade their top pick this year, next year, and Wilson to move up to draft their future QB. The Panthers end up with Wilson and are still in position to draft Carter or Graham for the defensive line, and have an extra first next draft.

  13. Yall wild. We not trading any rookie wr. What’s wrong with yall man? Yall get down on guys too fast. Bryce played ass, trade him, played better, he’s our franchise guy, one bad game last week, oh man f byce, like come on yall…we don’t have to give up a player to get him. Pick swaps would most likely come in play with the panthers giving up an extra pick. I doubt they do that though. Let’s just stop the “I’ll trade XL or Coker” talks. These are rookies WR’s lmaooo. Year 3 is when these guys can become tradeable if they aren’t producing
