Anyone who legitimately has wanted this team to tank this season is crazy.
What reason would your friend have to want them to tank. Tell your friend that at the same point last year, the Pacers were 14-14. Are the Pacers underachieving so far this year? Yes. However considering all of the injuries it could be much worse.
Nobody has friends who want the pacers to tank, because the only people who want the pacers to tank are the hot take clowns on this sub. You will never convince me these people have real friends.
both of the people in your picture want the Pacers to succeed in their own way. If the Pacers are good enough to contend this year the pro-tankers will be happy too.
Lets see how we do the rest of this road trip.

Trading for Siakam was a decision set in stone to “go for it” for the next ~4 years. We are too good to tank anyways. Remember we were too good to tank with a starting lineup for Ty, Buddy, Brown, Obi and Turner. When Ty is right, he is a floor raiser. Tanking is never going to be in the cards if Ty is healthy.
