  1. Washington didn't have Tyler Biadez at center last game from illness. This ol isn't the same without him. We also have Lattimore now n we actually had the lead at halftime last time.

  2. Breakfast Ball just did a segment on this game. I think the last month has shown that the Commanders are a playoff team, but not a real threat for the Super Bowl. Jayden has been playing so well that, even though he's a rookie, people are no longer judging him as a rookie. He's really graduated from that and is considered a bonafide starter, and arguably a top-5 QB. That's why I don't think they're getting much coverage. At this point, the Commanders need to beat a top team to start making headlines again.

  4. As an Eagles fan, I’m nervous about this game. Not because I think the Commanders are a better team. It’s because 10+ game winning streaks are so rare. Let downs happen. Maybe the game against Carolina was their let down game but the Eagles haven’t swept the division in 20 years. The last time was the 2004 season.

  7. I honestly don't care much if who wins this game, the biggest thing I am looking for in this game is can Lattimore make enough of a difference that allows WAS to compete with philly? With a win, I think they show they can compete with anyone in the playoffs.

  13. I don't understand how everyone forgott how the last time we met the eagles, we contained saquon barkley for 3 and a half quarters. Then mikey "agent 0" shut down A.J. Brown for the majority of that game, and we added Lattimore now.

  17. Well the commanders need a signature win this season and this is their last chance to do so and it’s a divisional game so anything is possible. They need to go in the last 2 games knowing that playoff birth is sealed and that’s the least they deserve after all that they’ve done this season so HTTC!!!! ❤

  20. Lifelong Washington fan here who is willing to say that I'm not confident for a win this week based on the overall performance last week against the Saints. Not saying it's impossible, just that it doesn't look like there's enough talent at enough key positions this year.

    Yes the starting center was out, weakening Jayden's protection much more than expected, but the second half didn't look so good on offense. On the other side, Lattimore shut down the left side of the field and Rattler still carved up the defense more convincingly than he's done all season.

    Every game is absolutely unique and almost impossible to reliably predict, but those are some bad indicators that have me pessimistic about the team will have more than one win in the playoffs. Still, that's way more than anyone expected for a rookie with an entirely new coaching staff and front office, and with 70% player turnover compared to last year!

  22. Eagle's have a better offense and defense, O-line and D-line. A concern is how banged-up Barley actually is. If he can't run, that is a problem. If he's at least at 90%, he'll get his yards and that will complement the passing attack. If we can't beat the Commodes again, we won't be going far in the playoffs. To me, it's a must win.

  24. Ill settle on being competitive we know were a couple of players short but the eagles have a depth we currently dont but the one thing we. can agree on its going to be a good game and both of us want the cowboys to loose

  26. as an eagles fan I can admit the commanders are a good team and can be dynamic, i’m still confident our team is going to win. If the commanders want to try and shut out Barkley or he’s more banged up than he let up, Gainwell has proven to be a solid backup and is dynamic as well. Let’s say our run game in ineffective, Jalen reminded everyone he can throw the ball and i’d argue the steelers have a better defense and he picked them apart. Are we also forgetting “scary” terry had like 27 yards or something? Quinyon and Cooper are unreal and our defense hasn’t let up more than 2 TDs since the bye

  30. The Commanders are much improved but they are not at the same level as the Eagles. Daniels can make up for a lot of other deficiencies – but not all. They could very easily be 5-9 (2 games v Giants, Saints and Bears). Daniels could have a crazy game and pull off a huge upset – but odds are against. I don’t think they’ll contain Barkley or Hurt and don’t think they could match points in a shootout.

  34. Losing our center last second really messed up our o line last week.
    He makes all the calls on the o line and helps Jayden out with protections.

  38. It's such a shame Washington had the best football team I ever saw in my life they were so talented they could run they could throw they had riggins and Joe theismann, scored 40 points every game that year and then their backup wins the super bowl for the them.
