  1. i've been baffled at the amount of bashing and scrutiny the eagles have been under this season and i just realized that this is the narrative that fox sports is pushing. ESPN is not doing this to the eagles.

  2. I agree with EVERYTHING you are saying. The guys on Fisrt thing First and many other show like it, have no clue what they're talking about. It's a bunch of NONSENSE! This Eagles team is awesome, and I hope they prove it!!

  3. I don't think the dysfunction is with Hurts. I never did, and I don't think most Eagles fans thought that. I could be wrong. I don't know what he's like outside of TV. Perhaps he is a very aloof guy. When AJ called out the pass game, I felt like he was directly calling out the coaching staff on the offensive side of the ball. He never mentioned Hurts' name. Other people made that connection. I don't know many Eagles fans, prior to the last game, who weren't complaining that our passing game sucked, and there was no reason for it to suck. That's on the OC and the HC. Maybe Hurts was included in that. I can't say for sure. But, with all the veteran players we have on this team, like Lane Johnson and Mailata, everyone is going to listen. If Johnson and Mailata start talking, ain't nobody going to be allowed to leave the locker room until they're done.

  4. After most talking heads came out after that Steelers win and declared The Eagles are winning the Super Bowl, they also realized they need a take they can lean on and go back to if they don’t make it, so they can say “we thought they would win, but we also knew there’d be issues.” Colin is doing the same thing. They’re just setting themselves up to be right no matter the outcome. Same shit different day.

  5. Nick and his crew have been badmouthing Philly for so long, this comes across as wishful thinking. If the Eagles don’t fail spectacularly, it will look like they don’t know what they’re talking about.

  6. These guys (especially Nick) are jumping on what Julian Edelman said as if he has tremendous insight on team dynamics and player interactions. He only ever played for for one team in the NFL, the Patriots and that's it. He has no in-depth knowledge of team issues except for what he saw on the Patriots. Also for him to make a definitive statement that the Eagles are going to fail in playoffs is just away to trash the Eagles and nothing more. The guys on this show should see that for what it is instead piling on, but they're Eagle haters too so no surprise.
