You have the best film breakdowns, better than anyone else I've seen! Nice work! Your analysis broadens my football knowledge and appreciation for the game. Thanks for putting this out there for people like me to see.
His only interception was the best one I have seen. Kirk cousins would have thrown a check down. Sam Darnold threw it on a 4th down play to the area of the best receiver in the league while being rushed. Worst case scenario is actually an incompletion.
He had to take a chance because KOC went for it on 4th n 3 at the 23! He shouldn't try to be Campbell!
I don’t know what game you were watching, but Darnold’s accuracy was really bad in the first half. His interception was “bad”, that’s what you do when it’s 4th down and you have that field position. ( I commend him for that, try). I’ve been a Viking fan since 69-70, so I’ve seen a lot. I bled purple for years, not as much so now that I’m 61yrs old. I bleed a little purple now, still my favorite team!
Sorry… his interception wasn’t “bad”
First play @2:48. It’s high lows both sides. If he looks left 83 has a wide open touchdown.
I’ve never seen an interception “help” a team until Sam Darnold got picked off against Chicago
Good on you for realizing how good Darnold has been, and doing this video. One quibble, the INT wasn't bad at all – it was a smart arm punt on 4th down.
I find it amazing everyone is saying Darnold is accurate, he misses 15 to 20% of his throws buy large margins. Yes he's better than before but he misses throws by a mile.
a bad interception? it was 4th down and either take a sack or throw the ball down the field as it was a punt hoping for a play. Not a bad interception.
Wasn't a bad INT. It was 4th down and worse thing could happen is the Bears would be in worse field position if they caught the INT.
All Vikings fans know what Sam Darnold's doing and recognize how good he's playing this year.
I can't watch this video as soon as you say he threw a bad interception. It was on fourth down, trying to force a pass there is fine.
Sam Darnold was NEVER supposed to do this
All we hear is how Josh Allen is having an historic year and he is a shoe in for MVP. Now go and line up Sam Darold's stats to Josh Allens. That's ok, I'll wait here while you check.
I’ve been saying for 5 years or more, Darnold is a really good quarterback, I’ll stand on that, he’s just been in bad situations
i like your in depth analysis. i am all aboard the darnold train, dude is a stud
I question Why Jailon Nailor Can't Produce More? I've Been Waiting For Him To Breakout? Why Not? SKOL
