  1. Hopefully someone can help because Worst among 468 QBs
Williams has the worst completion percentage on throws of 15+ yards among 468 quarterbacks over the past 15 years.

  2. no one wants to come and work here. Think of Bruce Arians vs Trestmen. They picked Trestmen because they can control his ambition . Meanwhile , Bruce Arians just wanted a place to grow past coaching . These owners and their minions are scared of success and will risk winning over pride. No coach , GM , or “football guy” with half a brain would come here because George is king in Hallas hall and that’s all that little man cares about.

  3. Kingsbury continues to fail-upwards… He's fortunate to be coaching in the League… I definitely don't want him here unless it's a lateral move as an OC or demotion as a QB coach [which isn't likely because he'd need to be fired]…

  4. Interviewing Kingsbury would've made sense last year as you could get some intel about Caleb Williams before drafting him, but at this point you know enough about Caleb Williams that Kingsbury really can't provide anything that you don't already know. As for considering Kingsbury a head coaching candidate….don't bother. His track record speaks for itself.

The Bears have demonstrated time and again they can find the guy that matches their desired traits. The problem is, they look for the wrong traits. It doesn't matter how hard you work if your strategy is wrong because no amount of effort will make up for that poor first decision in the chain of decisions.

I'm a 'no' on Ben Johnson. I think he's overhyped and not as qualified as people would lead you to believe. The mark of a good coach is how well he can build something from scratch. Ben hasn't been in that environment yet. Therefore it is unknown if he can coach. It's possible he can be a good coach, and he's demonstrated he can call plays, but there is no solid evidence he'll be as good when he has to build it himself instead of inheriting a readymade framework.

DJ Moore – trade him now while his value is still high. The red flags are there and have been a for a while. I have had team mates like him. You can't build a championship team if you have people like Moore always pulling at the threads to unravel it all. Everybody has to pull on the same rope in the same direction. The league is too competitive to do it any other way.

  5. Hard pass on Kliff he is notoriously bad at in season adjustments. He’s your typical flash in the pan play caller. But once they get tape on his “mobile qb” scheme defense wise up. But somehow he struggles to adjust.

  6. They should just get an offensive mind like Ben Johnson, and get Robert Saleh as their defensive coordinator. Stop messing around and trying to overthink things. Take what’s in front of us but I just know the bears will do something off the wall and find a way to mess things up
