Seahawks STOMPED: What Did We Learn From This Measuring Stick?

The Seattle Seahawks suffered a tough loss to the Green Bay Packers, falling 30-13 in a game that highlighted some of the strengths and weaknesses of the team. After quickly falling behind 14-0 in the first quarter, the game felt like a slow inevitability, despite moments of hope. The two touchdown lead came as a bit of a surprise, as Green Bay had only scored that quickly twice this season, especially considering how well the defense had been playing in recent weeks. Where does this leave Seattle’s chances for the playoffs? Part of that answer will depend on the status of Geno Smith and how quickly he’ll be ready after getting injured in the 3rd quarter.

  1. People acting like Geno going out made any difference when we were already down 20-3

Games with 2 or more touchdown passes= 2
    Games with 2 or more interceptions= 3

Biggest issue with today had to be completely abandoning the run early when there was no need to. Plenty of time on the clock to run. Sam Howell comes in and we don’t run it once in his first 2 series. What type of coaching is that when you get a guy ice cold from gameplay and just make him stand in the pocket for the first 6 plays down 20. Makes no sense. No identity at home. If we’re gonna lose let’s lose playing Seahawks football but right now we don’t even know what Seahawks football is because our qb throws a pick and a TD a game average and our running backs only get touches every second game.

  2. Why can’t we Get DK the ball fire Ryan Grubb, Defense is to small, We are not a playoff team , No O Line , we need another speedster I’m tired of the excuse that DK is Doubled we have to get another deep threat, Geno is not a good QB, THIS NEW SEATTLE SEAHAWKS TEAM IS SOFT

  3. The moment we have any faith in this team they stab us in the back…. Honestly Grubb needs to go. He is not getting the job done. We have to much money invested to be this meh. We need to shed cap and players. I think DK needs to be on the trade block along with other offensive piece up to and including K9. Fant has not been worth the investment. I think defensively there is something to work with. Riq needs to go, he has not been fundamentally sound the past two seasons. Honestly also might be time for John Schneider to go too.

  4. Your team was fighting for your division
Beat packers like you said shows a lot
So y your fans dont want to see that
    Ummm
    Then your fans r weak
