Wait until we get a shutdown type of corner and the defense will really be cooking
Great tandem and so sick we were able to get them in the same draft class. Really hit a home run with these two.
If Donald had played 1 more year we’d have a top 5 defense even with our issues in the secondary lol
The hurries and pressure stats are cool but if it doesn’t lead to sacks, which we are near the bottom of the league, then it’s really not a big deal. There is a huge discrepancy between the pressure we generate and the sacks it yields. I’m really hoping that changes next season.
We also are near the bottom in points and total yards given up. So the pressures are nice but teams are still lighting us up. I can’t call this line generational until they start finishing plays.
Really just highlights how bad everything else is when they have such a crazy good line and have this type of result
No lie, I had a dream last night AD came back to play with this line, it was insane! That man deserves to stay retired tho, but clearly my subconscious can’t help but to speculate what that would look like lol
