What are your feelings if Matthews plays in 4 nations but time off before and after that tournament? Especially if Matthews performs very well in the tournament.

Maybe i should stop listening to these shows as an American when they talk about matthews. When he was out they were screaming for him to play and now that he’s playing they don’t get why he’s trying to fight through it and be out there with his brothers? Shocking dialogue going on here

If he's playing at or near his best, we should keep him on. He could be huge in the playoffs.

The guy on the far right is an absolute clown. I remember him going off after last years playoff exit claiming they needed to tear the core down.
I Disagree guys .If Murray returns to his old form and he is 100% healthy there is NO WAY I am flipping him at the deadline for a draft pick .WHy would you flip a proven CUP WINNER ( 2 time ) who is healthy for a pick ? If I am the Leaf brass I am carrying 3 goalies down the strech and into the playoffs ,THe cap hit is not an issue .The only issue is that they will tie up an extra roster spot -who cares -after the trade deadline the roster limit expands from 23 to 27 anyway
