I know the apology the form is being cooked up as we speak. Never doubt the depth of this team sub.

  1. He had a good game once he got going tonight. Cam was my favorite player last year and I was disappointed in the summer league and early season struggles, but I do have to say the sub is pretty positive towards cam like there are lots of people asking for more cam. Idk if this is like the Jabari early situation where it was very apparent a large portion of the sub turned on the guy.

  2. I don’t think anyone was ever against him. He just started off shooting 4% from 3 on the season, not a good look . The GLeague games seemed to help him out get back to normal.

  3. I don’t know why he doesn’t at least get a taste in ever game. If he comes in, starts making boneheaded plays and bricking 3s, pull him. But he can also be electric and spearhead a comeback like he did tonight.

  4. Cam shouldn’t count for this.

Jabari has been slandered. FVV? Divisive. Jalen: Absolutely counts.

Cam Whitmore was drafted into a wing logjam, doesn’t defend and is in Udoka’s doghouse and RGV as much as Houston.

  5. While I understand giving Reed minutes since we need to develop him, I think it’s better to just send him to GLeague for now to find his shot and get up to speed.

I remember Amen struggled first few months, but got going.

While I still do not know what to make of Cam’s upside, I do think he has the ability to attack the rim that is inconsistent from our other guards.

His tunnel vision might still be an issue, but they desperately need a guy who can shoot and attack the rim on this roster.

  6. Apologize for what? Understanding Cams development is going to take time? I already knew that.

  7. He just got in his own head. Even when he started today you could see he was scared to do anything, he didn’t wanna get sent back to the g-league. But once he got going he looked much more comfortable. When he got that one 3 his whole mindset changed. And people also forget he’s the youngest on the team, younger than reed.
