  1. I like your technical talk on what Cade is actually doing….looking for the weakside uncover of the corner, the lob to Duren, the pass to cutting Ivey or Ausar, the screens. Fans should actually learn that there is more going on than one guy hitting or missiing a shot.

  2. Ku has been waiting his entire life to do a first segment like this. Glad Cade is having the season he is, and I think if he continues to play at a similar level to this until late January he will solidify an All-Star position. I just hope the media starts to buy in since the last All-Star votes have been a popularity competition…

  3. Cade been playing like he breaking down equations. Just looks like simplification. Handle parentheses, his division and multiplications first and figuring out what X is everytime 😂🔥

  4. To your point. I believe at least Ivey and Duren and possibly Ausar will be moved for picks. The only guy Trajan seems married to is Cade, and at least 10 of the prospects in this draft seem like instant impact, sure things. As well as projecting to be better players than what we currently have. Also, there's just the fact that any new leader wants his own guys.

  5. Being in the play-in doesn't automatically mean we lose the pick – ATL literally got the #1 pick last yr from the 10 seed and Bulls got #11 from the 9 seed. Ultimately I think it'll depend on what teams will offer for guys like Beasley, Stew, Tek and/or what draft capital we get for being the 3rd team taking on bad money in a trade. If we're still in the 7-10 seed range by end of Jan I wouldn't want to move off Beasley/Stew/Tek but if someone offers a top 10 pick or a young scoring forward that does compliment Cade/Ivey, you'd have to make that deal

  6. The pistons need to make to try and make the play in but we can’t afford to lose our pick. I do think if we get a high draft pick we should trade it for an allstar level player. Cade doesn’t have time for another young player to develop. We have young assets and once we get our pick I would package it with either holland or ausar to get an allstar level player. I like Ron and ausar both as prospects but it is hard to give a lot of playing time to two non shooting wings.

  7. I believe Trajan will not make any half-baked moves that will make the Pistons perennial middle-of-the-pack-suffering-in-purgatory this trade deadline. Unless there is a deal that will blow his mind, he is not doing anything to compromise the team's long term goal of eventually contending, as he and his front office team are still in their first year and have no pressure to win now. As they said in the preseason presscons, they are focused on building team identity and chemistry, and developing traits that contribute to winning. If you read between the lines, winning right now is not their primary goal. I hope they stick to their plan. Trading valuable assets and exhausting all cap space for Blake to pair him with Drummond even though there were no indications that particular roster construction can possibly contend is what brought the Pistons to the position they were in 5 years ago. Trading for the likes of Brandon Ingram and MPJ is not worth the risk. Lavine, though may be a viable bridge option because his contract ends when Ausar's extension starts, as long as Trajan doesn't give up too much. Trading for Jordan Foole, who is the most unserious player who is somehow still borderline significant in the league, is contrary to the attitude and image that the team is working hard to project.

  8. There's a possibility ku that if we can't escape the play In, if we just focus on winning st that point it could help us move these players to other teams for valuable assets. Could be a bad, but kinda good thing too.
