This is understandable from Maxx but you'll startb to hear more and more of this from our stars when you have the mentality of tanking!!..One size does not fit all but listening to Maxx it sounds like Marky Mark better quit dicking around and make sure the team is winning before we lose many players!!..

8. Part of the problem with this team has been the poor drafting, pre-Telesco. There are some pieces, but lets face it, many positions could use an upgrade. Lets look at the O-line, instead of starting JPJ at center, they put Andre James back in as center. James needs to be a backup at best. Guard needs to be addressed also. WR, RB, DE if Koonce doesn't come back, LB if they let Spillane or Deablo walk in FA, CB if Hobbs leaves. I think that five years is going to be a reality in getting this ship up righted. I think Telesco is going to do his due diligence on the top QB's, but I think its a mistake to trade up for the top two. Caleb Williams is good, but lets face it at 4-11 they aren't better than the Raiders, and that's what the top two QB's would look like next year on this team. I honestly think that if Allar was coming out this year, that would be Telesco's pick, as he has measurables similar to Justin Herbert. But yeah, Milroe would be a good add in the second round, this year.

11. Everything went wrong in 2016/17 with the Vegas move, firing Jack Del Rio. I knew the team would be irrelevant and I was 100% correct. When the league showed how LITTLE respect MD gets by forcing him to Vegas instead of making Oakland or LA workout as both are big as f*** markets with a bunch of 🏴‍☠️ fans. 20. We have a pretty good DC and it looks like Turner will pan out as an OC, AP is going to be rah rah HC and will need to be more involved in the offense. Building the OL for power and more depth should be #1 and a good power back(JJ type) should be #2. That was the single biggest thing TT and Davis did wrong last year. But Al did that with Woodson years ago, seem to run in the family. They could have given him a top end 3yr deal and a 2yr option after that. I know they all down play the role of a RB, But there are a few that are top end running backs that make a difference those ones need to be paid. Hopefully we can get another. If we can do that we will not need to worry about Maxx and whether or not he will finish his career as a Raider.

33. Everyone in the world saw how a real player who wont accept losing reacts when they saw Travis Kelce yelling at Andy Reid in the superbowl on live tv in front of 30 million people. Thats how you let the coaches and your team know you dont accept anyones failure to do their job. Not in the lockerroom not on your podcast not after you retire and not at the post loss presser, you do it on the field during the game to the head guy when hes fucking up. These guys are more like actors playing football players they lose but it doesnt matter, Im proud of my guys, Im proud of how we competed, we'll watch the film and get better next week.

34. Max is in quagmire. He threatened management with leaving. Management gave in to his demands. Now he's having to save face because AP is in way over his head. AP IS who Max pushed hard for. Players have no business in the hiring process for a head coach. Mark Davis is a weak man he's unable to lead. It's past time for him to sell.

38. I’m have been on the trade maxx wagon for the last year. I feel like we can need more than a defensive edge rusher. We traded Khalil and got a boat load of picks. Granted they all busted out! I have faith Telesco can use those draft picks for better.
