Keep Maxx AT ALL COSTS
Who cares? he’s under contract. He needs to play doesn’t matter the gurantees that’s why it’s a contract and he was made aware there are no guarantee money at this time. Not the raiders fault. His game has been slacking anyway. Trade him for first round picks

Maxx looking forward to offseason for the contract negotiations sounds legit to me. hes worth the upper end of the DE market for sure. Raiders D line hasnt helped him much at all this season and he has not been 100% healthy. compare him to others like miles watt and bosa, those guys get more help…… Pay the man and find him some more help and watch how often he gets through. as far as im concerned maxx has been very loyal and working his ass off and not getting much help from the organization.

Folks complaining about only 7 sacks for Maxx but he has over 10+ TFL which shows he isnt a one trick pony. His two guys that would of helped easy his work load(Koonce and Wilkins) got put on IR early so he basically was by his self until Chasson showed up. Let the man get healthy along with his guys and we'll see what the word is..
