Raiders: News and Rumors Mike Vrabel Next HC? Mad Maxx

The Las Vegas Raiders are 3-12 and find themselves in a position that they’ve been in far too often over the course of the previous two decades… in the midst of a disappointing losing season and contemplating whether a change at head coach is necessary.With Tom Brady in the fold, it it possible that the greatest quarterback of all-time leads the charge for former Patriots teammate Mike Vrabel to take over? After nearly going to Las Vegas to serve as an offensive coordinator in 2024, would Kliff Kingsbury entertain the idea of heading to Sin City to become the head coach? Would the Raiders entertain the idea of bringing Deion Sanders to town if he could be paired with either Shedeur Sanders or Travis Hunter?

Regardless of who it ends up being, it does seem as if there are plenty of intriguing options for the Raiders to choose from this offseason if they decide to end the Antonio Pierce experiment after just one full season.

  3. Biggest failure of AP as a HC is propping up Maxx as being the end all be all of Raiders. When you continually prop up one player other players have a tendency to live out the idea they are all second fiddle and perform as such. It just never works out when coaches and or any leader does this in a team sport or work environment on a regular basis.

  9. The Raiders can't continue to fire coach after coach and expect stability. I say give AP another season, I think he deserves it. The Raiders need stability bottom line. The moment they hire a new coach is the moment where everything starts all over from scratch. With the history of the Raiders coaching carousel it has not been proven to be successful. Raiders need STABILITY.

  11. So you still think Shady Sanders is our savior at QB, that dude wasnt best QB in this game tonight, hes all hype, if his Dad wasnt Dion he would not be in talks of 1st rd pick let alone 1st overall.

  12. Cam Ward does deserve to be in 1st overall talk, look at his game tonight, 3 TD passes in 1st half. Shady 70 yards passing lost 23 on a sack. He is not a starting NFL QB. Stop buying the HYPE. Look at the guy, look what he did on big stage, nothing. Hunter makes him look alot better than he is.

  13. Sanders running the wrong direction from pressure and taking 36 yards of wrong way in sacks was a red flag to me. Ryan Leaf used to do that. Glasker was the real stand out in that game to me on BYU.
