“AP wants to run the ball, limit turnovers, and convert on 3rd down.” Well, yeah, so do the other 31 coaches in the NFL. He just rarely accomplishes that feat unless he’s playing a terrible team.

I love Aiden every year they say there no clear cut franchise guys like I said 4 or five quarterbacks will go in the first round. Shaduer,Cam Ward, Will Howard,Carson Beck and possibly Dart
So the Raiders aren't the worst team in the NFL, they just beat two very bad teams with backup QB's. There are good points in getting young players experience but do not get overly excited about beating bad teams that realistically benefited from losing, at this point it's draft BPA mentality to improve going forward, don't trade the future away to move up for a single player that is not a generational talent.
Anybody who thinks a win vs a bad saints team is meaningful needs to rethink their pov…think about it, fans thinking AOC has something…it was AP who went with minshew to start the year and screwed us from week 1…beating the chargers will save his job and its a shame bc he is not a good HC…simple and plain
AOC should be the starter next year He just needs a better O line and another big receiver
We have HOF coaches in our division, AP does not show decision making that indicate he can ever become that. Mistakes happen, but the ones AP has made are inexcusable…HE chose the OC, he chose the starting QB, he hired inferior coaches all around…Harbaugh has made the chargers winners and look at what the broncos look like now…its sad to see what has become of this Raiders franchise

Hondo, how can u say AOC should compete with whomever they bring in next…if he lays an egg vs the chargers next week, will remind everyone why fans are pounding the table for a real QB. AOC is and will be a above avg back up QB, there is 1000% nothing wrong with that and we should be happy we drafted him bc having a competent backup is an assett
Staxk the oline get a rb and widout add to the defense and start O'Connell
If AOC had some wheels and awareness in the pocket he would be legit

Don't call us haters for having 22 years of trash thrown in our face. Then being presented with an opportunity to capitilize on a 10 game losing streak only to have that evaporate too. The Saints were shut out last week, they have an outmatched interim coach and Spencer Rattler. Not hater to be disappointed and unimpressed by this result and situation.
Retain the Turners next year. Get Genty and improve O line. Run it back for another year with AP and O'Connell.
I see O'Connell as another Jim Plunkett. Not flashy but gets it done. Show the kid some respect. Yes, he can play.
