  10. AOC should be the QB for the Raiders next year and let AP coach out his contract and evaluate AP at the end of next year. If AP doesn't start AOC next year, I'd fire AP. I like Q's idea of filling the Defense coaching spot now open, and since he didn't sign an extension with the Raiders, I'd move on from anyone that isn't a Raider.

  14. Q, I have been telling you since AOC was a rookie in preseason that he was legit. People mistaked his lack of pocket awareness and inexperience for being a statue. He was just trying to make reads and run the offense and that was his focus he wasn't comfortable enough to be advanced in pocket awareness. Now that he sees the field better he can improvise more. He'll never be fleet footed or athletic but that's not the only way to play QB. You don't have a career that Brady had and I think AOC is more mobile than Brady was to dismiss their qualities. The key for AOC is to continue to manipulate the pocket and extend when he has to. But most importantly get the ball out. That is the best way to move the chains and score points. I just watched Jalen Milroe cost his team an opportunity to move on because he's not consistent in the pocket. He wants to run. I think the best QB in the NFL is Joe Burrow and his game is to stay in the pocket as long as he can and run if he must. Brady 's game speaks for itself. There are many ways to win games but playing from the pocket and getting the ball to playmakers is the best IMO. And AOC has that quality if he has the talent around him, he'll be successful.
