1. We need a franchise Qb it's not the coach falt but I don't want to move out of the top pick in the draft I don't blame max

2. The question is: are the Raiders willing to shell out the big money contract to Max coming off a knee surgery and aging? Will Telesco be up for a mega deal with him or be willing to move on. We can speculate but no one's in the meetings, the negotiation talks or knows the mind set of the organization. Hope he stays🤘🏾

I think Crosby is tryin to tell everyone that the coaching turnover IS THE PROBLEM.He leaves with 1 Dline comes back to another is cuz of coaching changes & they change guys.If he has to deal with a new coach,new system AGAIN ,then its going to be the coach & the system HE chooses,that HE wants.Its like nobody gets it.The coaches,quit changing coaches!

11. I do not agree at all. He has done nothing that deserves a second chance. From the naming Minshew the starter, to the team looking unprepared for every game . He deserves to be fired ASAP

12. Not that I would really want to but we need to trade him for a few 1st round picks while we have the chance. His heart doesn't seem to be here anymore plus his numbers aren't jumping off the charts so he doesn't need a huge raise.

14. I don't understand how AP didn't get a fair deal. As interim, he went 5-4 with arguably an inferior team. As the actual head coach, he screwed himself. He had an arguably better team (minus Josh Jacobs, but Jacobs wasn't playing at the end of last season), and went 2-12 before winning a pointless game against another very bad team. No excuses, he set the Raiders back.

Start Ridder sit Aiden we need that better draft pick we are 6 from n#1. I blame AP we need to fire him for that win over Jags. Whoever we get to be HC next year AP needs to be replaced so we can tank for this coming draft.

18. He had important injuries at critics positions and deserves another year. QB situation was bad for sure. Idk who's call it was but Aiden should have started fr week one. Let's remember, he wanted Kingsbury and Luke was a fluke. You CANNOT build a team/culture changing coaches and GM'S EVERY season. Panic mode 💩.

24. He should’ve been fired for beating the Jaguars. He probably went against the grain and won since he knows he’s as good as gone.

25. There are no excuses for AP's coaching. It sucked and the team sucked. Bad OC hire, QB choice and you could make a long list here.

27. The problem is AP was unqualified for the HC job. His only NFL coaching experience was as a LB coach in 2022 and 7 games in 2023 before getting promoted to interim HC. The players liked playing for him and pushed for AP to get the job, but his lack of experience compared to Reid, Harbaugh and Payton is obvious. If AP does return next season, he will be under the gun to win games. Mark Davis (much like his father) isn’t known for his patience.

28. Is it just me or does it seem like the more these guys get paid, the more you start to hear about what they want. The fans want a respectable team I don't really care what the millionaires want the ones that are being paid outrageous amounts of money to play a game we all played in grammar school… Thanks for the effort see ya Maxx!
