   Draft Picks: Davis watches incompetent clueless people do what they want. He's the guy (seeing how he owns the team) that should step in and say NO! You will not draft a 3rd round player with the 4th over all pick! NO – you will NOT draft Tyree when Jaylen Carter FELL INTO YOUR LAP! NO! you don't TRADE the farm for a maybe player!

   Here is what the Raiders will do – trade everything they have (giving up their first pick in the 2026 draft) for one of the over rated QBs in this year's draft. they will finish with the first overall pick in the 2026 draft but OH!! they traded that away! and now they don't get to draft Arch Manning.

   RAIDERS QB for 2025 is Kirk Cousins. He will remain there as the "bridge" for 4 years where he delivers 4 consecutive 2 to 7 win seasons. DURING that time – Maxx AND Bowers will leave. The star of the Raiders will be some mediocre over paid player. WHY?! because no player in their right mind would play for the RAIDERS! NONE! they would take less money to win championships! We watched YEARS of raiders WAY over paying washed up players who took it easy during their last few years. IT IS THE RAIDER WAY!

A clueles GM who hired Getsy (Getsy was fired from every job he ever had after ONE YEAR! (college and pros). He was finally given 2 years with the Bears where he trashed the offense snd ruined a QB!! RAIDERS TOM T and AP did not hesitate hiring him!!) and an out to lunch ignorant head coach with NO QB were going to win 9-10 games?! IN THE AFC WEST?!

   RAIDERS will NOT win more than 5 games in any year over the next 5 years! WHY?! WHY 5 years!? RAIDERS NEEDED EVERY DRAFT PICK THEY COUULD GET AND A STARTING QB!! They decided to win meaningless games so now – no qb! If they want a QB – no draft picks! THIS IS THE RAIDER WAY!! DUMB AND DUMBER!!

   Every time Mark Davis opens his mouth – that RAIDER way comes out and the team wins fewer games. FEWER and FEWER – it's the RAIDER WAY!!

   IF you are a RAIDER FAN – now is the time you turn your tv off and tune them out. Come back in 5 years. they will still be that 2-7 win per year team. the NFL isn't build to where BAD teams can turn it around and win championships. it's the league where orgs like the raiders, jets, browns – spend 50 years sucking in the worst way.

   RAIDERS will NOT WIN MORE THAN 5 games in 2025 and MIGHT just win only 2 again. (i say again due to the fact those teams they beat the last 2 games – are not on the worst with no QBs – they could care less about football. RAIDERS will NOT win more than 5 meaningful games and might only win 2 MEANINGFUL games! THEY will OWN the top draft pick – until the end of next season when those bad teams again bench all their players and raiders slide back down to that NEVER GOING TO GET A QB slot.

12. The thing is, Brady and Davis have been buddies for a while now. Was it Brady that whispered in Davis’ ear about hiring McDaniels and the disaster that became? One minute Bisachia is leading them to the playoffs and then all of a sudden it was McDaniels being talked about out of nowhere to take over and no one else. CBS gave Brady a ton of money to be an analyst and he hasn’t been the greatest. Just because he’s involved with this franchise now doesn’t mean he’s gonna be good at decision making either. Sometimes all someone is good at is being a football player.

23. Tom doesn't know a damn thing about running an organization. He was a great team player just how many say AP is making mistakes why would Tom be great just because. Also Vrabel is not really that great he coached in the AFC South with no great teams during his time.
