Jamie hasn't scored a goal in the past 23 games. How can he be a legit QB on the PP? He was absolutely horrible defensively again. Couturier has 1 goal in past 15, got the lowest amount of ice time tonight. How can a captain get the fewest minutes?
How long can it be before Jamie and Coots are "injured"? I give it 2 weeks until one of them "out with injury".
I guess now he is forced to play Fedotov. What if he is horrible in the next game? There is some very funny stuff going on here.
WORLD JUNIOR UPDATE
Canada is out. Kept taking stupid penalties. No reliable goal scorers. Goalie Carter George folded under pressure.
Bonk should have 1 easy goal in this game. Ethan Cowan wouldn't pass him the puck for an easy tap in. Nice play by Bonk moving into scoring position. Bonk was okay generally. Got hung out to dry on a 2 on 1 where Czechia scored. I thought Bonk was an asset for Canada. Wasn't great but held his own.

Now we get to Luchanko. Bad game. He was on the ice on the pk for the game winning goal by Czechia. Bad tournament for Jett. Canada took a zillion penalties and got burned throughout the tournament. Luchanko sole purpose was to be a pk stud. Wasn't. Coach Cameron refused to use him in any offensive situation. Luchanko has no offensive game. He can't shoot or pass the puck. His much ballyhooed skating is overrated. Its choppy and not deceptive at all. Not great agility. His only hope is growing 3 inches which given his age isn't likely.

Kolasov is not nhl ready He struggles in ahl too He stinks Must go back to ahl

The team's collective defense just sags, turns the puck over, out positioned in the crease…goalies get shell shocked. This was actually a winnable game.
Maybe it's time to retire Torts.
This “team” has been unwatchable for over a decade.
Stop playing Michkov for 9 minutes a game and maybe he can score. Play him as much as possible this shit team isn’t winning a damn thing anytime soon anyway.
Wasnt that bad, wouldve been nice to see a couple more saves especially on the wrap around.
