As far as tom goes… respect is earned. Not given. Pats have done this franchise for so long. I didn't even want tom in the building. Would love to hear him address Raider Nation. Try to earn respect. I'll listen and try to hear him.
Didn't hondo call AP a rookie hard coach all season? All this sudden he's not? Also, with a 17 game season, coaches should get like 26 games

Would not be thrilled about Mike Vrabel – havenāt liked the stories shared by players about him. Would prefer taking a shot on Frank Smith or Cohen over him. AP should stay and get a OC that wants to be here in the building
Whatever happens to AP I still donāt feel 100% safe with Telesco as GM. Yes he had a good draft but the coaching hires are REALLY questionable. Same GM who hired Staley and same gm who hired Getsy as OC š¤. Definitely worth questioning, great draft but some very questionable coaching hires at the least.
Whatever Davis decides to do, it will be the wrong decision šš¤¦āāļø
Hondo is wearing thin on me. No doubt he was the clown shut down by Graham in the press conference the other day.
They need to give AP one more year. He had a lot of adversity. Sometimes things just work against you. AP is solid. Personally, I get a young QB and let him sit behind Aiden. With a few more solid draft picks This team is good enough to win. Making another change is reactionary and foolish. John wooden took a decade to be great.
Why is everything on ap? Telesco hasnāt done anything for the team except Brock bowers. No free agent signings, no new contracts for key raider players

I do think Mike Vrabel is a pretty good coach, but Iām just not believing in Bill Belichickās tree of coaches they never pan out. The other thing is if youāre gonna go defensive coach, Brian Flores turn the Raiders defense into an extreme powerhouse not Vrabel, Brian Flores itās also a better head coach it would be. But we are talking about the Raiders a team that doesnāt know how to draft or pick a head coach
Tone is different with Hondo – he knows Pierce will be fired. He was calling a rookie coach all year, now heās saying he got experience. My evaluation of Antonio Pierce 4 -12, with another loss coming. He needs to go.
This team is on the verge of being swept in the division. Our division rivals all have top QB, coach combinations that are going to be around for a long time. The Raiders need to do be aggressive and consider any and every option to obtain the best coaches and players they can. Sticking with AP is conceding defeat. Might as well get used to last place in the division for years to come.
I agree that Davis and Brady should do a presser or an event to speak to the nation. Also other than that letter, the fans have heard nothing from Brady. He might win some trust if he actually addresses the fan base and shows a little passion and loyalty to the franchise. So far he really hasn't said much of anything.

Take BPA and Jaxson Dart in the 2nd or trade back up in the late 1st for Dart
AP hired Getsy and named Minshew the starter. Secondly, AP is the worst game manager I've ever seen in 40 years of watching the Raiders. Maxx Crosby wanted AP, and now he sounds like he wants out of Vegas. If Maxx Condor Crosby leaves the Raiders, the franchise will implode.

I don't understand the Patrick Graham is gonna be a head coach or oh he's so good…. The man has NEVER even had a top 10 defense. The Raiders defense wasn't any good until AP took over. If Graham can't inspire the guys like AP he will NEVER be a HC. I think he's been reading Hondos articles kissing his AS* too much
AP isn't making a winner š he's got a losing season where he only started to win against teams who also had nothing to gain from winning

In the last 20 year, the Raiders have had 12 different head coaches (including interim) and a record of 130-227 or a winning percentage of 36.4%

I like you as my first trusted stop for truthful raiders beat. There is No Way Tom Telesco should be in the room to decide AP job. Tom T has done great job as GM butā¦ he also has to answer for one if not two of the biggest decisions QB he decided for AP andā¦.. the not giving AP original Hired offensive Coordinator a three year deal. Iām very surprised at you Hondo on this fact

Hondo, I agree with most of what you said. My only difference in opinion is, how can we as Raidernation talk about consistency & stability with the next coach when we didn't give AP a chance to build such consistency & stability. You said Mark Davis should address Raidernation & give the next coaach 3 years. Letting AP go doesn't give him that opportunity, especially, when we weren't able to get him a QB1. I believe we need to get AP at least another year, get him a solid QB1, along with another WR & RB , hold onto AC as the 2nd QB, keep Turner as OC (Offensive systems take time to master) & pick up another couple of solid O-line men! I pray we can hold on to PG as DC & add another solid D-line man. Keep building what we have! This team hasn't given up, they're still playing hard, despite the record! That's very important! RN4L!
