    Man what could have been if Mark was mire like his dad and fought the nfl to keep Gruden rather than tucking tail & running.

    Grab T. Higgins in FA and more on defense like a LBer. So my draft can work. Sit Dart to learn behind AOC til he’s ready to start. Fix that line, get PG on board with extension. He’s build a defense that’s competitive AF, something we have missed for years, they literally kept us in games all season with hella injuries. We lost a lot of games because the offense kept them on the field sooooo long with 3 and outs and turnovers. From game one we held the Chargers in check but what two break runs late that killed us to our last lost before to wins, our backups on defense with few starters held ground. We are NOT far off but if they AGAIN rip apart a core that’s there, we’ll be back to building AGAIN. We keep doing it, Jon got targeted and removed and we still made the playoffs only to rip it apart and hire Josh McDummy. We still have a good core after his idiots moves but what will Tom Telesco, Mark and Brady do.

    What’s the definition of insanity? I just hope they understand that FOR ONCE GOTDAMN!!!

  22. The Raiders need to start consistently in their HC. If you look at the other organizations with HC that stay longer than a year or two are consistent winners. Coach AP needs to stay as HC to build continuity within the organization.

  25. You do not establish "consistency" changing head coaches every 1.5 years. AP while a new coach and not perfect, is not responsible for personnel. He wanted Jayden Daniel's and Kliff Kingsbury. Telesco DID NOT DELIVER….PERIOD. Abysmal QB play, a clueless consolation prize of an OC that Telesco hired, and an ungodly amount of season ending injuries are the reason we are where we are.

    Take a page out of Pittsburgh's foundational playbook. 3 coaches in 40 years or so.

    Bottom line is a "team" plays for good coaches. This team had every opportunity to lay down and they haven't! If Dan Campbell's coaching career says anything about a coach that has the respect and allegiance of his team WILL turn things around after a dumpster fire of a first season if given a real chance, AP should be given the opportunity to finish his contract. But hold Telesco to the same standard if he's making personnel decisions without AP!!

  28. Keep AP ! The team still brings 100 % effort every day. Sunday's on field shows no quit in them ! Injuries & the wrong OC got our team going in the wrong direction. Also AOC12 SHOULD'VE STARTED WEEK #1 . MINSHEW IS WHAT HE IS & THAT IS A CAREER BACKUP!

The law of averages always happens, if the owner (Mark) keeps changing the system and the head coach every year or 2 years we will always be average at best or worse than before, a QB 1 in the draft will not change this or anything else, stay the course and keep AP and Scott Turner and the whole staff of the coaching the same and add some key players to the team, but keep its 95% the same and 2025 will see all that effort payoff, with hard work, dedication and sacrifice AOC is a rising QB 1 that will only get better in 2025, if we hit the reset button again this 2025 we will suck again this year and next, because it's not easy to start a new system every year and win, so I say keep AP and the team as it is and we will see the Raiders to at least a 9 to 10 win in 2025, and maybe in the playoffs this year, and definitely in contention in 2026, hit reset and we will keep doing it every 2 years and be the worst team in football.

Raiders are the worst team in NFL history when it comes to Coaches , hopefully we keep him because if We don’t a lot of players are going to want to leave and then we’re gonna have to rebuild for like the fifth time this decade . Jack Del Rio was a great coach 12-4 and John Gruden built a good team , now we already done with someone who hasn’t even got 2 seasons to coach .

  41. Hopefully we play really good but lose at the end to improve our draft position and then trade up in the draft with the Patriots for Shedeur or Cam… Then sign Tee Higgins in free agency… Perfect scenario

  44. JJ a first RD QB is better than Aiden a 4rd QB so yes Telesco getting a top QB in draft from last season with bad knee injury in 2024. It all depends on how his knee heals. it's a chance Telesco Raiders will have to figure out. If Raiders get beat by Chargers Raiders could move up draft to n#3 draft pick. Sanders would be healthy probably would be a better choice since Raiders Oline is young not good to protect a pocket passer like Aiden. If Viking want our first pick and Aiden for JJ it would be good for Raiders since JJ will play a lot more on Raiders than Viking since Sam Darnold is playing great. Viking would be good for Aiden since that's a back up position more than Raiders looking for a starting QB and they have Ridder who has more potential on Raiders to Start and back up than Aiden in the Raiders Oline get QB's injrt if they are slow like Aiden. Raiders could start JJ and Ridder would be his back up and Minshew would be the 3rd QB still on contract to develop JJ and Ridder we could still play if Ridder not developed enough who has experience has starter if JJ or Ridder is not ready. We know Telesco has to do a QB move for next season Aiden won't last 6 games like Minshew before messing up or injury.
